Shawnee’s Youth Development Team
The Shawnee Mountain Youth Development Program is open to skiers ages 7–18, grouped by age and ability. Designed for young athletes who want to take their skiing to the next level, this program provides a structured pathway from recreational skiing to an introduction of the exciting world of racing on our NASTAR course.
Participants benefit from a well-rounded curriculum that emphasizes skill progression in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
- Must hold a 2026-27 Season Pass*
- Must be able to ski green and blue trails confidently
- Must be able to load and unload lifts independently
- Must provide their own equipment
*A discounted 2026-27 Season Pass rate of $519 is available exclusively for program participants.
