Refund Policy
All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled if within 48 hours of arrival. Tickets are non-refundable due to weather conditions or snow conditions. Ticket are always non transferable.
Guests have up to 48 hours prior to their arrival date to cancel their order, but will incur a fee of 25% of the total itinerary. This does not apply to Children’s Program lessons, which are never refundable.
Please note that this refund policy applies to retail products only. Other products may have a different cancellation policy, such as our group sales programs. For group sales policies please contact them directly at 570-421-7231 ext. 223
For a flat fee of just $25 per itinerary, you are protected from losing your trip should inclement weather, illness, car troubles, etc. prevent you from coming on your scheduled date. This Flex option gives you the chance to reschedule your trip to another date (of equal or lesser value) anytime during the 24/25 season. The season is the day we open until the day we close (usually March). If you choose a date priced at a higher value than your original tickets, you will have to pay the difference to move to that new date.
Please note this is only good for a one time change for the current season and the Flexible Ticket is never refundable. This product does not apply to lodging.
To use your Flexible Ticket: Chat with us, email [email protected], or call us at (570) 421-7231. To use a Flexible Ticket on a Children’s Program lesson, please call (570) 421-7231 ext. 231.

Lift Tickets & Online Purchasing
You can purchase your lift tickets online by clicking here or you can purchase in-person at our ticket windows.
If you are purchasing online, please make sure to double check your arrival date because tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable if mistakes are made while purchasing.
If you are purchasing online and get the message One ticket left at this price, it simply means that that price tier is about to sell out and more tickets are available at a slightly higher price.
We use dynamic pricing, much like an airline or hotel, and sell a number of discounted tickets per day. You may add the discounted ticket to your cart and if you need more than is available at that price tier, you can continue to purchase from the next available tier. The next tier will pop up automatically when the lower price is claimed.
When you purchase your tickets online in advance, you receive a barcode that is valid for your ticket(s). You may either print this voucher or show it on your phone at the ticket windows to claim your physical lift ticket for the day.
We recommend taking a screenshot of the barcode if you’re choosing to show it on your phone as cell service at the mountain can be spotty.
If you want to be out on the snow you will need to have a lift ticket and be actively participating in a snow sport. Spectators who are staying off the snow or in the lodge do not need a ticket.
Please keep in mind that you are required to have a lift ticket on and be participating in the sport (skiing or snowboarding) to be on the snow anywhere at the mountain.
Yes, we may sell out, especially on busy weekends. We recommended buying online and in advance to reserve your tickets.
We use dynamic pricing, much like an airline or hotel, and sell a number of discounted tickets per day. Tickets will never cost more than the full-price retail rate. Typically, the further in advance that you purchase your ticket(s), the more you will save.
If you’d like to purchase in advance to take advantage of the discount but are concerned about choosing a date, we offer trip insurance called a Flex Ticket. This $25 Flex option allows you to move the date or time of your reservation to another day this season. The $25 Flex covers everything in your cart so you only need to add one Flex Ticket to your order to insure it all. Please note that if you move your reservation to a day with higher pricing, you will be responsible for the overage.
To use your Indy Pass at Shawnee Mountain, please bring your photo ID to the ticket windows. Reservations are not required, we save a certain amount of tickets each day for our Indy Pass holders. It is your responsibility to check the Indy website for black out dates at each mountain before arriving.
Please chat with us here on our website and we can look it up for you and resend it. If you are already here at the mountain, please come to guest services.
All vouchers have the purchaser’s name on them. We have all registered guests’ names stored on the back end in our system.
Double Up Deals are good to use anytime throughout the season they were purchased for. They will never be extended to another season. They are transferable among immediate family members only. These tickets can be used on the same day or spread out throughout the season.
We offer a college student, active military, and a senior discount. We also have free skiing for our 70+ guests. All discounts require an ID to be shown at the ticket window. Children 46 inches and under ski for free with a paying adult. Please see the ticket window for the under 46 inches tickets.
2-Day Lift Tickets are valid for consecutive days only. You have to choose the date while purchasing so please make sure you’re choosing two consecutive days that you can come. 2-Day tickets must be attached to an article of outerwear that you will wear both days, and we cannot refund part of all of the ticket if you choose not to use it one or both of the days.
