Benefitting the Hope for Strength Breast Cancer Fund
What is the Hope for Strength Breast Cancer fund?
The purpose of the fund is to minimize the financial and emotional impact of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. It will provide up to $1,000 to both male and female patients at the Dale and Frances Hughes Cancer Center for basic living expenses such as rent/mortgage, utilities, food/groceries, childcare and transportation.
Who can receive benefits?
The fund will be distributed to any male or female breast cancer patient demonstrating a need fitting the fund criteria to the Cancer Center Social Worker or Breast Health Nurse Navigator.
